What’s Included
6 days/5 nights lodging where you can totally disconnect from your typical day-to-day and truly embrace change. 6 days out of 365… that’s less than 2% of your year!
Ground transportation to/from airport - all the logistics are planned for you! Travel worry-free.
Delicious and fresh daily meals prepared for you - Don’t worry about grocery shopping and meal planning… our on-site chef will take care of you! Three meals/day plus snacks. Topia (our retreat center) strives to utilize organic, local ingredients in all meals and can accommodate dietary restrictions.

The Retreat does not include: Flights, additional meals other than what is listed, alcoholic beverages, add-on amenities such as surf lessons, massage, transportation while at the retreat other than for the activities listed above, transportation to/from airport if arriving at times other than what is listed in the registration form. Ashlie is a certified yoga instructor trained in the Yothera Method, blending movement, breath, and mindfulness to guide you on a transformative healing journey. Her approach is centered on helping you access your deeper wisdom and natural intuition, moving past feelings of being stuck in pain or self-sabotage.
Through healing movement sessions with Ashlie, you’ll learn to unlock your inner power, releasing physical and emotional blocks that hold you back. Ashlie’s nurturing guidance empowers you to tap into your body’s natural healing abilities, allowing you to reconnect with your truth and embrace a life of balance and vitality.

Meet Laura – Your Guide to Overcoming Perfectionism & Caregiver Burnout
Laura is a therapist dedicated to helping mothers of teens and women in caregiving roles break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout. Using a trauma-sensitive approach, she helps women untangle the inner narratives that keep them stuck, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion as pathways to empowerment.
After our group workshop with Laura, you’ll gain:

✅ Clarity on how limiting beliefs shape your experience

Based in Boise, Idaho, Laura is a former school counselor turned private practice therapist at Crooked Trails Counseling. When she’s not guiding women toward self-discovery, you’ll find her ripping down mountain bike trails, lifting heavy in the gym, camping in the Idaho backcountry, or seeking new adventures around the world.

Enjoy three meals a day plus snacks prepared by our on-site chef with fresh, local ingredients. Our meals will be served family style, in the open-air dining room overlooking the ocean. Enjoy conversation and connection over delicious, healthy meals.

Lodging Details
We have selected Topia Resort for this experience to create a space where you can truly disconnect from the busyness of your daily life. We will have the entire retreat center to ourselves, with unlimited access to the saltwater pool, jacuzzi, firepits for evening conversations, yoga studio, and views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.
Single Occupancy
One queen bed, en suite bathroom, sweeping ocean views, located on the same level as the pool, jacuzzi.

Shared Occupancy
Twin beds, en suite bathroom, sweeping ocean views, kitchen and living area. This is a shared space with other retreat attendees. Please note your roommate preference in your registration. Shared occupancy rooms host 3-5 women.

Yes! All of your meals are included from your arrival Friday evening to your departure Wednesday morning. Three meals a day plus snacks. These delicious meals will be prepared by our on-site chef with locally sourced ingredients including items fresh from the retreat center’s garden.

Yes! The cuisine at Topia Retreat is “healthy Mexican” and can accommodate GF, DF, vegetarian, etc.

You will NOT NEED: Yoga mat or props, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, towels, food or alcohol (no outside food or drink permitted on-site), gear for activities such as snorkeling or surfing. We provide a detailed packing list about a month prior to the retreat.

Gratuities are not included in your trip registration. Tips for services rendered are very much appreciated by Topia’s hardworking team!
Topia suggests a tip of $100 (2000 pesos) for your entire stay, which is shared among the staff.
This does not include gratuities for guides or instructors for private lessons.

Yes! The Mexican government only requires that your passport be valid during the entirety of your trip. If your passport is due to expire within 6 months, we recommend you contact the airline(s) you will be traveling on to ensure your return flight as the USA requires your passport is valid 6 months beyond your return date.

Our wellness retreats are typically attended by women in their late 30s to early 60s, who have a passion for personal development, community, and staying active in all stages of life. Women who love a bit of luxury and comfort after a fun day of adventures. Women who are about Connection vs Competition! Women who want to invest in themselves and each other.

July 1, 2027-October 1, 2027: 25% refund will be given
No refund will be given after Oct 1, 2027

Yes! We will have retreat planning calls to help everyone connect beforehand and also to discuss logistics such as flights and what to pack.

Please arrive between 1-3:30pm on Friday and schedule return flights departing after 2pm Wednesday. Flights arriving or departing outside of that timeframe will not be accommodated for transportation to/from the airport. Airport: Los Cabos (SJD). Please contact us with any questions.

Between 3-5 women will be in each share occupancy rooms. Each room features twin beds, en suite bathroom, kitchen and living area.

It is! Getting to the Baja from most major US airports is a direct flight into SJD. Once you arrive, we handle all of your ground transportation and logistics.
